Coaching is a very effective tool for developing human potential, achieving goals and learning. With coaching, it is possible to find solutions to various life problems, but also to fulfill goals and develop qualities. Unlike therapy, it does not focus too much on the past, but rather on the present and the future. We focus on what we want.
Coach and client are equal partners, it is a relationship based on mutual cooperation, trust and honesty. The client is an expert on their life and what they want to achieve, the coach does not advise them. The coach is an expert at evoking awareness and creating a safe environment without any judgment, giving the client space to be truly themself. By deep listening, full presence dedicated to the client and the use of various coaching tools, the coach creates awareness in the client and the so-called "resourceful state". In other words, the client will not only clarify what they want, but also how to get there by regaining personal strength.
If you want someone to tell you what to do, coaching is not the right tool for you. If you want to realize what is really important to you, see things from a different perspective, reconnect with the sources of your personal power and start consciously creating your life, coaching is right for you.
When coaching, Oliver adheres to the code of ethics and principles of the ICF (International Coach Federation). Coaching takes place online or in person in Bratislava. The number of coaching sessions is individual, most often it is 3 to 6 sessions. There is usually a gap of several weeks between the individual meetings, so that you have enough time to integrate the changes into your life. The first session is charged only if you found the coaching useful and want to continue.
